Our Story
Osteria Bolognese was born in 2013 from a real passion, the one that led Giacomo Toschi – followed by his brother Luca, his wife Sabrina and chef Gioacchino D’Amico – to open a small restaurant offering the gastronomic heritage of his native land and share it with the rest of the world.
Moreover, for an authentic Bolognese, correcting the image of “spaghetti Bolognese” has become a kind of mission: known all over the world, but precisely not found in Bologna… So here are the real fresh egg tagliatelle pulled by hand, seasoned with their meat sauce that simmers for hours, the ragù!
All the products offered are chosen following a careful and constant selection carried out in the artisan companies of Emilia-Romagna, to offer, from starter to dessert, the excellence of the flavors and quality of our land in a welcoming and family atmosphere, like in the old osterie of yesteryear.
A famous Bolognese who has moved to Brussels for years said: “I come here for lunch and for an hour I am in Bologna, then I open the door and here I am again in Brussels”.
